Below is a selection of comments received in recent friends and family test feedback:

    • 'The doctor I saw gave me loads of information about myself with what's going on with me and made me feel like he cared.'
    • 'On my recent consultations, I have had the good fortune to see Dr T. I found him genuine, caring and really trying to help me as much as possible.'
    • 'I felt listened to and was given enough time to explain my symptoms. The doctor was pleasant and professional, and I was happy with the outcome.'
    • 'The ANP I saw was excellent and a credit to the practice. Spent time listening and did a detailed exam and provided good advice.'
    • 'The practitioner I saw was very attentive, he gave me time and listened to me and my concerns and acted accordingly. Also receptionist was helpful when I rang up this morning and she was able to give me an appointment this afternoon.'

We have made a number of improvements from feedback that we have received:
